Motivation Monday: The Best Way to Start Your Week!

Mondays either start your week off right or foreshadow a long, drawn out work week. It is therefore essential to begin your Mondays on the bright side! Put these simple tips into practice to energize your health and fitness today!
  1. Write your favorite inspirational quote or verse on a 3x5 index card and tape it to your bathroom mirror.
  2. Do 10 ________ (push-ups, squats, sit-ups, etc.) every time you leave your bathroom (or other room)!
  3. Before you jump into the shower, put a few eggs on to boil for an on-the-go breakfast
  4. Every 45 minutes at work, get up, stretch, and drink a glass of water. Watch productivity soar.
  5. On your way home from work, stop by the park or gym for a workout 3 times per week.
