Welcome to the #holyhabits area

If you want to lose weight, tone up, pray or read the Bible more regularly, or achieve any other goal, what you really want are habit upgrades.

Yep, the only difference between where you are now and where you want to be are your habits, the daily routines, rituals, and behaviors you perform on a daily basis without even thinking. Your normals.

The truth is that change feels hard mainly because we have to think (and remember to think) about what we want to do versus what we are currently doing. Then, there's a disconnect between what we say we want and what we actually do.

Hence, this work.

How do you cultivate #holyhabits to the glory of God? How do you start them, build them, maintain them, and apply this skill to the rest of your life?

Over the next few weeks we're digging deeeeep into the science of habit formation, practically building #holyhabits, and maintaining them. But most importantly, we're also going to address what gets in the way of you showing up as your best self in your life.

1: Practice Relentless Honesty

2: Adopt a holy mindset

Click here to access the lesson. The truth is that you can't create lasting, "effortless", easy change that lasts on the outside until you change your beliefs about yourself and the world on the inside. In fact, missing this piece is the primary reason why dieters re-gain lost weight plus more within 5 years.

3: Build Your Holy Habit

Click here to access the lesson. This week we're digging into the science of habit formation and several practical ways to make it work for you right now to start 2016 off right!

4: Address unHoly Addictions

Click here to access the lesson. We all have things we feel dependent on that wastes much of our precious time each day. This week is all about nipping those things in the bud and releasing bad habits.

5: Make Change Stick

Click here to access the lesson. Losing weight, having more energy, and regularly exercising are great and, let's be honest, easy to do for a little while. But how do you make changes STICK for years? This week is all about turning your great results into new normals that last.

6: Expand Your Reach

Click here to access the lesson. Now that you have the skill to make change & make it last, how do you expand beyond health and fitness and apply this to the rest of your life? After all, the point of losing weight and building better habits is so you'll have more energy, time, and presence for the things you love, right?!
