    This is excellent Gerilyn! Of course I am pathetically out of shape so I am a workout A sub-level level! I worked on it this morning while I had some quiet time.
    Your show and tell is very effective….you are a creative, technological genius!

    This works great on my new desktop computer which I am very thankful to have!!! and I am trying to make it work on my kindle (easier to have the workouts on the floor with me 😉
