Cure _________ with this new treatment!

If you heard about a promising new treatment that could cure you of your unexplained pains, hypoglycemia, diabetes, Crohn’s, IBS, anxiety, depression, migraines, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and fatigue, would you want to know more?

Better yet, if it were given to you for FREE, would you try it?

Food has the power to make you feel alive and make you wish you were dead. Just like a pill has an effect on your body, so does food. We call chemicals that have a positive effect on the body ‘medicine’ and chemicals that have a negative effect, ‘poison’. Food is essentially the same and its power should not be dismissed on a whim.

The truth is that you probably were interested in the “treatment” until you heard it was “food”. Why? Because in reality you do not want to get well. You would rather take a pill that works a little bit yet holds the one-two-punch of nasty side effects than alter the junk you put in your body.

Food can’t do all that. I hear that all the time. Yes, actually it can. Food has the power to transform lives and to give us a front-row seat at the graveside service. Until, however, you or anyone suffering from the above illnesses are hungry for relief in a raw, desperate way, I’ll wager you won’t even consider altering what you eat.

And that’s fine. It’s your choice to live miserable, sick and have a very short life. I just wish people would think of their spouse, children, or grandchildren before they commit to a life of illness. It’s not fun for anyone involved.

It’s not fair for grandchildren when their grandparents cannot play with them because of a reversible illness. It’s not fair for spouses when you continually damage your body and leave him or her neck-deep in medical bills. It’s not fair for children when parents feed them junk that cause these illnesses.

Too bad I do not charge half of what medical bills to umpteen specialists, treatment centers, and non-generic prescriptions cost or I would be a very rich woman!

(Un)Fortunately, I care about people. I care about you and don’t want anyone to live or die with an illness that can be reversed so simply. I don’t want people to live in pain and misery and hopelessness because no one knows the cause or has a treatment.

Call me your Problem-Solver because I have THE Answer! I truly believe you can experience drastic improvements in your life from the following easy-to-implement steps. Surely you can try it for 30 days. What do you have to lose besides your annoying friend, The Illness?

1. Eat REAL food – meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, and potatoes. Fresh or frozen matters not as long as it’s whole, unprocessed and without additives like MSG.

2. Cook with high quality fat – real butter (preferably Amish as it is the best quality available in the area), bacon grease, lard, tallow, and organic coconut oil. NEVER eat any fat/oil/food that has “hydrogenated”-anything on the label. This is VERY important!

3. Sayonara to sugar – white sugar, brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup, agave, fructose, corn sugar, corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners. This stuff absolutely trashes your body from the inside out. Hello wrinkles & premature aging.

4. Drop the grains like an old fling. “Sure, it was nice while it lasted, but you’re just not good for me. You deceive my brain with intoxicatingly pleasurable feelings while you secretly tear holes in my intestines and wreak havoc throughout my body. I thought it was “normal” to feel sick after we rendezvoused, but I’ve learned that I don’t have to live like this. You just aren’t worth the pain you cause me.” Laughs aside, remove the poisonous grains, especially gluten grains (wheat, rye, barley) and all whole grains.

5. Soak it in! The rays and zzzzzz’s, that is. Adequate vitamin D is essential to tissue development and good health. So is sleep! Get enough of both.

Although not known for my empathy, I find it especially difficult to feign empathy for sick people who refuse to swap up their food and see what happens. What if it worked? How would your life be different? Seriously?
