Amazingly Simple & Delicious Chicken Recipe Demo

I don’t have time to cook every meal, but I still want 95% of my meals to be homemade.

While this sounds like a personal problem, it’s a real reality facing many people wanting to try a healthier way of eating, maybe you, and a large barrier to taking the plunge.

Well, guess what? I don’t have time either. Here is my solution:

 Cumin-Spiced Chicken

(from The Food Lover’s Kitchen)

Prep: 10 minutes & forget about it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp each of cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • a few shakes of cinnamon (Gerilyn’s addition)

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to roast at 400.
  2. Rinse chicken under cold water, and place in a pyrex dish.
  3. Pour olive oil over chicken, and sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Roast at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Serve.

 

This was the BEST chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life. For real. I’m sure quality of these free-range, pastured chickens is the main reason why, but the simplicity and quickness of this recipe helped too! 🙂
