I'm not an expert. I'm not your mentor. And Tony's not your guru.
I have claimed to be all of these things in the past.
I was WRONG.
You might be here here because you're looking for answers, formulas, and blueprints to solve a problem you've been struggling with for a long time. If you're looking for the "3 Easy Steps" to do that, you're in the wrong place.
I barely know what is best for myself, so I sure as heck don't know what is best for you.
And frankly, I'm tired of all the "Instagram Experts" and "Self-Help Gurus" out there claiming they do.
The truth is that there is no one-size-fits-all formula, blueprint, or recipe for you to lose weight, to get a handle on your diet, to be successful, or to face your demons.
So I'm done.
I'm done claiming to have answers. I don't have advice. And I'll never tell you the world's healthiest food.
Instead, I share the process and results of my insatiable curiosity and play through this online journal.
You'll see the process and results of experiments in food, coffee, training, relationships, work, and life from a gal who's tired of trying to be what everyone else says she should be and stepping into who I am.
At the heart is a process of taking responsibility, habit change, and the messy truth of the time & persistence required to make it happen.
We all have skeletons in our closets.
We all have things that have happened to us that were beyond our control.
We all have mistakes we are proud of and mistakes of which we aren't so proud.
That's the human condition.
How do we move beyond our circumstances? How do we become the best version of ourselves? How do we forgive? How do we grow? How do we live a life of stewardship of the gift of life and breath and hope? How do we change the ugly parts of ourselves?
Those are the questions this Curiosity Journal (i.e., I wonder what would happen if...) seeks to answer.
