[90 Days of Vitality] Day 15: Paleo is the START… but perhaps not the end…

Why I don’t eat Paleo… kind of.

So I, just like most of my clients, BEGIN with a real food (Paleo-esque) framework. But while this is a necessary and fantastic starting point for improving vitality, reversing health concerns and getting to our best possible “us” without inflammation, irritants, or free radicals, is it the end?
